Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has some redeeming qualities, like the spacious and clean rooms, along with a fun animation team that brought some joy to the stay. However, it falls short in terms of dining options, which predominantly cater to Russian and German tastes, leaving little for English guests. The service can be hit or miss, often borderline rude, and the location is not as bustling as I would have preferred. Overall, while it offers decent amenities, there are significant areas needing improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the animation team kept things lively with fun activities like darts and beach volleyball, the overall service left much to be desired, as some staff were quite unhelpful. The food quality was often poor, catering more towards non-English tastes, and the location felt very isolated, making it hard to explore outside the resort. However, the spa services were excellent and added a nice touch to my stay.
My stay was pretty disappointing overall. The hotel was claiming to be 5-star, but honestly, it felt more like a 3-star place. While the pools were fun, the staff's attitude was off-putting, and the food selection was lacking. It's located far from local amenities, making it tricky to explore the area without relying on costly taxis. Wi-Fi being an extra expense felt frustrating too.
This hotel offered a big pool and some fun beach activities, making it a decent choice for families, particularly those with younger kids. However, the staff struggled with English and the dining options were catered mostly to Russian and German tastes, which made it challenging for us. The location is quite remote, requiring a taxi to access local shops and restaurants, but we still had a nice time overall despite the mixed experiences.
Our stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were generally clean and spacious, they lacked good natural light. The service was decent, although it was a challenge with the language barrier. The location is a bit of a trek from the nearest attractions, but the beach was accessible through a tunnel. Dining options were disappointing, mainly catering to different preferences, but some meals were enjoyable. It was an average experience overall.
