The hotel has some redeeming qualities, like the spacious and clean rooms, along with a fun animation team that brought some joy to the stay. However, it falls short in terms of dining options, which predominantly cater to Russian and German tastes, leaving little for English guests. The service can be hit or miss, often borderline rude, and the location is not as bustling as I would have preferred. Overall, while it offers decent amenities, there are significant areas needing improvement.
